Newer logitech cameras have a feature called AEC. This cancels the volume coming out of your speaker, which is great for internet phone calls but not so good when you have music playing from your speakers. To fix this you must go into your Logitech webcam preferences (there should be a little picture of a webcam in your task bar next to the clock). Right click on that icon and choose camera settings. Go to the Audio tab and uncheck "Enable AEC". You should be all set from there.
