If you go to the entry page where you would expect to vote and you can't vote, you might have your screen resolution set so that the voting part is pushed off the bottom of the screen.
One of the causes of this may be that you have toolbars at the top of your IE window that is making the page just a bit too big. Tools like Google, Yahoo, or AOL each take up space and make the window bigger.
Try turning off some of these toolbars by right-clicking on the menu bar at the top of the window. Uncheck some of the tools there. This will reduce the size of the bar at the top and increase the Bix part of the window.
Alternatively, try changing the resolution to something greater (like 1024 x 768) by right-clicking on the desktop, click on Properties then click on the Settings tab of the Display Properties control panel. Just slide the Screen Resolution a notch or two to the right.

Another way to eliminate toolbars is go to the View menu and select Toolbars. Then just uncheck enough of the toolbars so that you can see the voting thumbs at the bottom of the page.
